Six standards that every member of this community is expected to follow. They are not suggestions. They are what makes this crew worth being part of.
The standards
What we expect.
Respect
Treat everyone the way you want to be treated. Different cities, different levels, different styles — none of that changes how you speak to someone. If you can't be decent to the person next to you, don't come.
Attitude
Leave the ego at home. Nobody here cares how many years you've been skating or how many tricks you can land. Show up, roll, and be someone people want to be around.
Safety
Wear a helmet. Know your limits and stay inside them. Watch out for beginners and for anyone skating faster than you. If you see something dangerous about to happen, say it out loud.
Inclusion
Quads, inlines, cruisers, slalom. First-timers, veterans, kids, grandparents. There is no hierarchy and no gatekeeping. If someone wants to learn, teach them. If someone is struggling, help them.
Zero Tolerance
Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, unwanted touching or attention — none of it has a place here. If you see it happening, step in or tell an organiser. If it happens to you, report it. You will be believed and the person responsible will be removed.
Responsibility
We skate in shared spaces — streets, parks, waterfronts, plazas. Pick up after yourself. Don't block paths or endanger pedestrians. Treat every city like it's your own, because to us, it is.
Your commitment
By showing up, you agree to this.
There's nothing to sign. No forms, no fees. But when you roll with us, you are agreeing to hold yourself to these six commitments — and to hold the rest of the crew to them too.

Roll with us — the right way
Enforcement
When the code is broken.
Every report is taken seriously and handled privately. We follow a three-step process so consequences are clear and consistent.
First — a conversation
For minor issues, an organiser will speak with you directly. Most problems end here.
Second — a formal warning
If the behaviour continues, we issue a clear written warning and record it. You will be told what needs to change.
Third — removal from the community
A third incident means you are no longer welcome at events, on our channels, or anywhere connected to The Big Mango Roll. This is final.
Report an incident
Talk to an organiser. We handle it.
If you experience or witness any behaviour that breaks this code, reach out directly. You can message the crew on Instagram, contact us on WhatsApp, or speak privately with any organiser at an event.
Reports are handled confidentially. We will not disclose your identity without your permission. What we will do is act.
